I always stay at the same place in Rome. It has everything, Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage and more. Staff helped me find things to do at night. Perfect for me. Coming back for Christmas.

Few steps away from St. Peter Basilica and square. Nice area - feeling safe even a bit later. Good connections to other places worth seeing. Friendly staff.
Very basic breakfast. Not too much space for 4 persons and luggage in the room.

Hotel quite close to the centre - you can visit everything on foot.
Room localizated a little bit under ground level - problems with ventilation, sun and fresh air.

Whenever I visit Rome, I always choose the same place to stay. The staff there is helpful; on my first stay, they recommended a local taxi for me. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, off-site car park, luggage storage, and a flat-screen TV. I'm coming back this weekend!

We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was exceptionally friendly, had stunning location near the train station. The staff was super-friendly, as well as host. The triple room was spotless, had a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a fridge. Liked our great stay and did not want to leave there

The hotel was friendly and the staff were polite. The location was magnificent, within easy walking distance of a late Renaissance church. The food was exceptional and I have nothing but great memories from this trip.

The staff is really excellent. Stella does deserve a halo for her willingness to make one's stay comfortable. Luana is excellent at keeping one's room tidy and orderly and helping however she can. Caterina was also very efficient and kind. Finally, Silvia, who helped me check out, also kept up this positive impression one receives from the Holiday a San Pietro.

I had a fantastic stay at a B&B near San Peter's Square. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Vatican. The rooms were comfortable and always clean. The hostess, Rosa Maria, was incredibly helpful and even provided us with a cell phone to use during our stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful. I highly recommend this B&B for its great location and terrific hostess.

Well placed, close to the Vatican, once you succeeded in finding it. Nice staff when they were there (which was not predictable)
We rented three rooms. They were the same price, but dramatically different. One was a nice room on the 2 floor, reasonably clean. Two were almost basement, both dirty, and one with a bathroom filled with mould. Breakfast was served in the room, i.e.. 'in bed', and very limited to be 'continental'; additions were extremely expensive (2.50 for a small glass of orange juice). The 'breakfast room' was a hallway, serving as office, reception and terminal room; no breakfasts there. No other service existed, and the staff was difficult to find, even for checking out.

I had a relaxing stay, as always. The hotel was a super base for a 3-night stay. There were lots of goodies for breakfast. The room was well-maintained and the beds were good. The staff was amicable, attentive, and had a smiling face. The location was excellent for seeing all the landmarks in Rome, and it was only a 10-minute walk from an independent city-state.

The only thing I liked about Holiday A San Pietro was the location as it is a 10 minute walk from The Vatican.
I didn't like the size or decor of the room or the cleanliness of the bathroom. The mould encouraged silverfish and it all would need renovated. The kitchenette was not cleaned during our stay so was unusable and the fridge and microwave were out of order. All in all we stayed away from the room as much as possible and only slept in it.

The location is very central, within walking distance to an independent city-state, as well as the San Pietro train station and the Vatican.

For the one day we visited the Vatican, this hotel was a great location. Just steps away from St. Peter's Square, that was very convenient.
The room was stuffy and had a damp feeling, like mildew. The shower was dirty with mildew and there were ants in the bathroom.
